yesterday i had our junior IT consultant guy alfred install netsupport for my PC. it’s a program used by supervisors (and in this case, QA analysts too!) to monitor the agents’ screens, if they’re surfing non-work related websites during their shift. it doubles the fun in snooping around, basically.
