I’m pretty sure my Super Junior fever will torment me for the next few weeks or so.

Up to now I’m still at a loss for words with how I am to describe my SS2 experience. I’d promised someone I’d write a biased fan account of my favorite member, but now I realize how impossible it is to do that. In the first place, I have 2 favorite members in Super Junior (Donghae and Eunhyuk) so that in itself is hard. Second, the minute I saw them walk inside the press conference hall, I was doomed. My EunHae bias has spread to the other members as well. But I won’t deny that after the press conference, I even fell more in love with Donghae.

Translator (in Korean): What can you say now that you know that you are the most popular member here in the Philippines?
Donghae: Jinja yo? (Really?)
Trasnlator (after Donghae launches a tirade of Korean for his response): He is shocked to hear that… would like to do a drama here in the Philippines…

Don’t take my word for it though, I’m just recounting as to how I recall it. Can’t remember the rest, will edit this post once I get the full details.

I tried to stay loyal to my EunHae bias all throughout the supershow too, but to no avail. Even Shindong was surprisingly too suave not to be noticed. Ryeowook was slightly aloof, but his charisma still shone through nonetheless. Heechul looked like he wasn’t in the mood but dang, it’s slightly forgivable once you see his eyes and his smile. Siwon’s abs = to die for. Henry gave a killer violin performance, and damn, that boy can dance. Zhoumi’s shivering all throughout his solo was quite endearing. Leeteuk’s “Honey” cover friggin’ blew me away. Even Sungmin had a lot of cute moments. Waaaaaaaaah.
